Our Cleaning Process
Vacuming: This step will remove all loose and water non soluble particles.
Preconditioning: Application of cleaning agent to stains and soiled traffic areas.
Scrubbing We use either nylon rake or rotary scrubber to agitate carpet fibers to help emulsify and loose the soil.
Steam extraction: Hot water extraction with PH neutral rinsing solution will completely remove all the soil, dust and all chemical residues.
Final grooming: To restore fibre structure.
Carpet protection (optional) - We can apply Dupont Teflon Advanced Carpet Protectant into your carpet.
Dupont treated carpet will stay cleaner, and will resist more soil and spills, than untreated fabric or fibbers.
Deodorizing/Pet Odor Removal
We also use a variety of deodorizers and disinfectants to eliminate any type of odour, specializing in pet stains /odour decontamination. We use unique 100% Natural "TEATREE OIL DEODORIZER"
