Warranty:

One year warranty against manufactures defects. EXCLUSIONS: scratches, chips and damage due to improper assembly. Warranty does not include nor cover non-residential use, normal fading, hairline cracks in wood, breakage of glass or pottery, and damages caused by acts of nature such as wind, freezing, etc.

Extended Warranty:

Care & Maintenance:

All Aluminum: Clean with water and mild detergent to remove any dirt. Do not use any abrasive materials or cleaners. Use light sandpaper to even any scratches and chips, and then touch up with desired spray paint. In cold climates, be sure to drain any water accumulated inside the frames before storing for the winter.

Steel / Wrought Iron: Clean with water and mild detergent to remove any dirt. Make sure product is dried – use light sandpaper to even any scratches and chips, then touch up with desired spray paint. Touch ups should be done immediately to prevent rust.

Slings: Clean with water and mild dish soap to remove any dirt. You can use a soft brush to remove bird droppings. Do not use any sharp objects as this may rip sling fabric.

Cushions and Fabrics: Spot wash where necessary. A stain remover may be used - test small area first, Scotch Guard annually. To prolong life, it is recommended to store indoors when not in use.

Outdoor Copper Teak®: Always clean before oiling. Use lukewarm water, clean with soft brush and mild soap if necessary, rinse well. Dry thoroughly. Use light non-metallic sandpaper for tough stains. New furniture should be treated as soon as possible after purchase. Apply the oil to the furniture until its saturation point is reached (no more absorption). Wipe off all excess. Apply as needed. Hairline cracks are a normal occurrence in outdoor wood furniture, and do not affect the durability of the wood.

Outdoor Unfinished Teak: We recommend that you enjoy teak during its natural aging cycle, without applying any oil or lacquer. Un-oiled teak ages by turning to a light grey shade and darkens with time and weather. Oiled teak may cause blotches in the finish, as outdoor pollution is absorbed in the oil and wood. Should you still decide to oil your furniture, always clean before oiling. Use lukewarm water, clean with soft brush and mild soap if necessary, rinse well with cold water. Dry thoroughly. Use light non-metallic sandpaper for tough stains. Apply the oil to the furniture until its saturation point is reached (no more absorption). Wipe off all excess. Apply as needed.

Resin Wicker: Dust with a soft brush. Use lukewarm water and mild dish soap with a soft brush to remove any droppings.

Tempered Glass: Do not leave umbrella in table unnecessarily. To clean: use warm water and dish soap. Window cleaner not recommended.

Indoor Wicker and Wood: Dust with a soft feather brush or soft cloth. Clean with water to remove any dirt. Dry thoroughly. No abrasive cleaners recommended. In case of accidental spillage, absorb as much of the liquid as possible before wiping clean, so as to not to spread it further. For best results use a lightly dampened gentle cloth. Do this before the liquid gets settled into wicker.
