At that commission???? Why should I have a real estate representative?
Because you get what you pay for.... open houses that we set up for you, giving you tips on preparation towards that; other agents from our own office and other brokerages will view your home so that they can do the Fabergé commercial and tell their buyers.
You will find your home listed in real estate papers, in the open house section and on the net. Remember, our commission also covers the advertising that would be another detail you need not contend with when listing with a licensed representative... who makes sure that keeping in touch with the client is a must!
Having a representative will see that the home you go to, or the buyer you receive, is the good fit. It's just a text/phone call away to see what your own property is worth!
