Since 1992, we at Nite Star Maintenance, have been doing professional cleaning services, and have always tried to do the best job possible. One of the most important things we do is meet with key personals in the building so that we can meet their needs, and fulfill them. Not only do we meet with them but we also document any and all comment or concerns they may have, and then pass this information on to our cleaning staff. With very well trained staff, together with a simple checklist enable us to provide our building owner with a high level of cleaning on a regular basis.
Here at Nite Star maintenance, we do a lot more than just clean. We also provide services such as, carpet maintenance, reconditioning of hard surface floors, and construction or renovation clean up.

** Communications on premises **
1. Log book will be left on location
2. Working supervisor will check log book immediately upon entering building and any concerns will be dealt with immediately
3. One of our management personnel will inspect building with company representative on a weekly basis (time to be arranged). We will document and keep records of inspection reports, work orders and signoffs. All reports will be given to the cleaning staff, which will then take action on these reports and do what is necessary.
Management Follow-Up
Although regular inspection will be done, there will still be meetings held on a monthly basis, between you, the property manager, and a Nite Star Management senior representative. This will give you a chance to talk about any other concerns, which need to be dealt with person, to person.
Training
All of our staff must go through a training program, where they will learn about the W.H.M.I.S., things such as the latest cleaning techniques, safety, and our system of supervision will be taught thoroughly. This training will not only give them the qualification, but it will also give them on hand experience so they can do a better job. Meetings will also be held when required to keep up to date on any new cleaning techniques.
